  • Full-time Granite Bay Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned and operated Veterinary Clinic. We are seeking to add an experienced Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone who is professional, provides excellent customer service, shows compassion for all patients, and is a team player. The position is full time, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.

Candidate must have the following skills: Minimum of 1 year experience in a veterinary clinic working as a Veterinary Assistant Animal care and restraint Blood sample collection and submission Run in-house lab work Knowledge of vaccination protocols and flea/tick/heartworm prevention Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to take diagnostic radiographs Ability to room rooms, take a thorough history, TPR and build and review estimates with clients Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with clients and staff We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation, 401(k) with employer match, discounts for care of employee pets, and 50% employer paid medical/dental/vision benefits. Pay is $20
