• Full-time Mayfair Veterinary Care is looking for an energetic and dedicated Support Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care team in Dixon.

You will be hands-on with patient care, assisting in triage, and ensuring our hospital remains a gold-standard environment for our patients.

What You'll Be Doing:

Patient Advocacy:

Assisting with patient restraint, comfort, and basic triage prep.

Medical Support:

Preparing lab samples, setting up for procedures, and assisting the Lead Technician.

Hospital Flow:

Managing the "behind-the-scenes" logistics to ensure our Veterinarians can focus on life-saving care.

Client Connection:

Assisting with patient discharges and helping owners feel supported during stressful visits.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting (Urgent Care or ER experience is a huge plus!). A "team-first" attitude—you're the person who jumps in before being asked.
