Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a veterinary setting High school diploma or equivalent Genuine interest in working with animals Ability to remain calm, efficient, and focused during busy periods Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Answer client questions regarding preventive care and medications Prepare exam rooms for appointments Assist veterinarians and technicians in the treatment area as needed Present and explain treatment estimates to clients clearly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospital throughout the day and by close of business Perform basic clinical tasks such as placing intravenous (IV) catheters Flexibility to work both front desk and treatment areas when needed

Compensation & Benefits:
