  • Part Time Position for Veterinary Assistant
Archibald Pet Hospital:
We are growing practice, seeking a bright, respectful, and friendly team member to join our hospital located in Rancho Cucamonga.
Qualifications:
  • Dependable, punctual, honest, takes initiative
  • A team player, works efficiently, must be able to multi-task
  • Great communication skills, positive & upbeat attitude
  • Flexible hours
  • 1 year or more experience in the Veterinary field preferred but Not Required.
  • We are willing to teach/train the right candidate
  • must be able to safely lift up to 40 pounds
  • must be able available weekends(Saturday)
  • Basic math and writing skills Tasks/Skills include:
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Check-in clients
  • Answering phones, schedule appointments
  • Process payment transactions
  • Knowledge of basic medications & Prepare medications (Willing to Train)
  • Cleaning:
    maintain reception and lobby area, taking out the trash, laundry, Sweeping/mopping at closing time.
  • Re-stocking supplies in exam rooms, reception area & treatment area
  • Proper medical record keeping & filing charts
  • Assisting the doctor & the vet techs with procedures
  • Good restraining & handling skills (Willing to Train)
