Job Description

Watt Avenue Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the front desk duties of the practice. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in patients and patients out. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a desire to help others learn about their pets. The goal is to build a loyal clientele and create long-term relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work Mon-Saturdays and over time if necessary. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have an outgoing personality and be able to handle difficult situations with grace and poise. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible in schedule and willing to work overtime as needed. MUST pass a background check. ( Criminal, Driving Record, Drug Screening, etc.)
