Job Description

Adobe Animal Hospital is a small-animal veterinary practice located in Yuba City, CA . We are a fast-paced, team-oriented, and client-focused hospital dedicated to providing high-quality medical care and compassionate service to our patients and clients.
Our work environment is:
Professional and supportive Modern and well-equipped Focused on growth and learning opportunities We are currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Assist the veterinarian during examinations and surgical procedures Administer medications and vaccines as directed Perform venipuncture and laboratory sample collection Place IV catheters Monitor patients under anesthesia Take radiographs (X-rays) as directed Perform in-house laboratory testing (urinalysis, bloodwork, etc.) Prepare, clean, and sanitize exam rooms and equipment Assist with patient restraint, grooming, and bathing as needed Qualifications RVT license or minimum 1 year of experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital preferred Experience with radiographs, blood draws, restraint, and anesthesia monitoring Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and professional demeanor with clients and patients Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts on veterinary services Opportunities for growth and skill development
