Job Description

Urgent Care + General Practice | No Overnights | Flexible Shifts Ready to grow into veterinary leadership? This role is ideal for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) a strong Veterinary Assistant looking to expand their impact in a fast-paced, team-focused hospital. In this position, you'll work closely with and report to the Lead Technician , collaborating on team support, training, workflow efficiency, patient care, anesthesia, and daily hospital operations. What Makes Sploot Different Flexible 10-12 hour shifts with varying days per week, no overnights, and a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases — no two days are the same Highly skilled nursing team with up to 3:1 Nurse to DVM ratio, and strong pre-visit triage so you walk into every appointment prepared What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of veterinary assistant and/or technician experience;
CVT/RVT/LVT
preferred, but experienced Veterinary Assistants are encouraged to apply Leadership and mentorship experience, including anesthesia management, inventory control, and staff training in a general practice (GP) or urgent care setting.
