Join Our Dynamic Veterinary Team in Delray Beach, FL! Do you have experience in the veterinary field and are you passionate about animals and eager to grow in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment? Our privately owned animal hospital in Delray Beach is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technician Assistant to join our dedicated team. Our state-of-the-art, paperless facility is equipped with advanced tools, including digital x-rays, ultrasound, shockwave and K-laser therapy, an in-house lab, and a full-service dental suite. Experience with ezyVet is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right candidate! About the Role As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, health, and happiness of our patients. Reporting to the Lead Veterinary Technician, your responsibilities include: Assisting with radiographs Expressing anal glands Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms between patients Properly restraining pets for treatments and exams Walking hospitalized pets and updating their owners Bathing, nail trims, and nail dremmels Performing other tasks as needed to support the team What We're Looking For At least 6 months of veterinary experience required Confidence in working with minimal supervision A compassionate and team-oriented attitude Perks and Benefits We value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental and vision options 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and holidays (after waiting period) Bonuses for outstanding performance Pet care discount program Uniform allowance Coffee, snacks, and a supportive team!
