Veterinary Assistant

VCA Tri County Animal Hospital is hiring a full time Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team About Us We are a 4-doctor full service veterinary hospital offering primary care, illness care, surgery and dentistry located in Fort Pierce, FL. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am

• 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7am
• 8pm, and Saturdays 8am
• 4pm.

Compensation :

$15

• $20 / hr based on experience and skill set.

Schedule :

Weekend rotation required.

Technician Duties will include:

Anesthesia monitoring Collecting patient histories & physical exams Venipuncture / IVC placement Hands-Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority) Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Providing compassionate care for all patients You will be supporting our team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
