Veterinary Technician or Assistant

Role Overview In this role, you'll be a vital part of our medical team, supporting veterinarians in everything from routine wellness exams to complex surgical procedures. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with strong technical skills and a positive attitude.

Technical Requirements Software Proficiency :

Must have direct experience using Cornerstone for medical records and invoicing.

Clinical Skills :

Proven ability to perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement efficiently and safely.

Surgical & Dental :

Experience monitoring anesthesia, assisting in the OR, and performing dental scaling/polishing is required.

Exam Room Flow :

Skilled in patient triage, history taking, and professional client communication.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum 1-2 years in a clinical veterinary setting.

Team Player :

Ability to collaborate effectively in a busy environment and be dependable.

Physical :

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and restraining various breeds/temperaments.

Benefits & Compensation Pay :

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
