Hours:

30-40 per week Take Your Career to the Next Level - No On-Call Shifts Required! Only a 4 day work week! Kentucky Veterinary Surgery is looking for a motivated Veterinary Technician or Surgical Assistant to join our mobile surgical practice. You'll work directly alongside a board-certified veterinary surgeon performing advanced orthopedic and soft tissue procedures at partner clinics throughout the Louisville and Lexington areas. Here's your chance to be part of a team that brings expert surgical care to pets—all without the stress of on-call or weekend shifts.

What You'll Do :

Assist during examinations and advanced surgical procedures including TPLOs, MPL repairs, fracture repairs, and soft tissue surgery. Prepare patients and operating rooms using sterile surgical protocols Scrub into surgeries and assist directly with the procedures. Set up and break down surgical equipment at partner hospitals Maintain and clean surgical instruments, ensuring they are ready for the next operation.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with small animal veterinary experience (surgical experience is a big plus!). A team player with a positive attitude who is comfortable with travel in the Louisville and Lexington areas.

Requirements:
