Join our amazing team as our newest Part-Time Kennel Assistant! We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and hardworking individual who loves caring for pets and thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment. As a Part-Time Kennel Assistant, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional care to our hospitalized patients and boarding pets while supporting our veterinary team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Provide daily care for hospitalized patients and boarding pets Feed, water, and monitor pets for comfort and well-being alk dogs and assist with exercise and enrichment activities Bathe pets and maintain cleanliness and hygiene Clean kennels, treatment areas, laundry, and hospital spaces Monitor pets for changes in behavior, appetite, or health concerns Safely handle dogs and cats of various sizes and temperaments Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary hospital environment

What You'll Bring:

Must have previous animal experience Must have sufficient physical strength, mobility, and stamina to lift and/or move heavy pets and objects A sense of fun and teamwork - Smiles and laughter are required for all who apply Dependable and able to work independently The ability to monitor pets for signs of distress or disease A willingness to learn and the desire to provide gentle, compassionate care for boarded and hospitalized pets References, background checks, and drug testing are required
