As a Shampoo Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Duties Greet clients warmly and assist them with their needs upon arrival. Perform shampooing and conditioning treatments for clients, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the shampoo area, tools, and equipment. Assist stylists with various tasks during hair services, including applying treatments as directed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations. Promote retail products to clients. Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
