Veterinary Assistant and Technician

Duties Assist with animal restraint, and handling, to ensure safety and comfort during examinations and procedures Support veterinary staff with laboratory work, including sample collection, processing, and analysis Take X-ray images, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed Perform pet care duties such as feeding, bathing, and administering medications under supervision Support dental procedures by understanding dental terminology and assisting with cleaning or polishing as directed Contribute to the clinic's overall workflow Experience with laboratory procedures or diagnostic imaging such as X-ray Veterinary technician experience or equivalent certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided for motivated candidates Strong understanding of aseptic technique, animal restraint, and pet care standards necessary for safe practice Experience working with diverse animals including dogs, cats, and horses enhances your ability to thrive in this roleThis position is ideal for passionate individuals eager to grow their veterinary skills while providing top-tier care.
