Our growing and unique veterinary clinic is searching for a sharp, self-motivated individual to join us as a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant!

What You'll Do:
Answer and screen a variety of incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm client appointments Interact warmly and professionally with our beloved patients and their families Prepare invoices and process client payments Perform light office cleaning and organization Additional front desk/office tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Comfortable with computers and technology A strong communicator who enjoys working with both pets and people Eager to learn, adapt, and pitch in where needed
