About us Allied Emergency Veterinary Service is a locally owned Emergency Veterinary service with locations in Eau Claire, WI and Minneapolis and Brooklyn Park, MN. We take exceptional pride in everything we do. These three locations all offer 24 hour Emergency Care, with our Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie locations also offering surgical services. Our Rochester and Eden Prairie locations are open nights, weekends and holidays.

//www.alliedervet.com/about-us/careers We are looking for an Oncology Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our NEW Oncology team. The position is located in Brooklyn Park.Responsibilities:
Use all your skills!- Monitor animals before, during, and after oncology appointments.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
- Provide compassionate care to animals and their owners.
- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals.
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
- Handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Veterinary clinic experience required.
- Prior Oncology experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Pay:
$17.00- $22.
