We are seeking to find an experienced veterinary assistant to join our growing team. We are a fast paced, four doctor practice with a great support staff made up of Certified Veterinary Technicians and veterinary assistants dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners. Our team is made up of fun, positive and knowledgeable staff. We offer exceptional patient care and excellent client service. We are looking for a caring, self-motivated individual who enjoys educating clients on what is best for their pets.   • Duties:
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other procedures
  • Handle and restrain animals during examinations and treatments
  • Perform basic laboratory procedures such as blood draws and sample collection
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary clinic
  • Provide post-operative care to animals
  • Administer medications under the direction of veterinarians
  • Assist with animal catheterization and monitoring vital signs
  • Experience:
  • Experience in the veterinary setting
  • Knowledge of animal physiology and behavior
  • Proficiency in laboratory procedures and aseptic techniques
  • Previous experience as a veterinary assistant is advantageous This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about animal care to contribute to the well-being of pets.
