Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our privately owned practice. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of veterinary terminology and animal care, enabling them to effectively assist pet owners and veterinary professionals alike. Extra incentives for bilingual skills in Spanish or ASL!

Shifts:

12-hour, 7am-7pm or 7pm -7am

Schedule:

can vary - weekends will be required

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding services and policies in a friendly and informative manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients. Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area. Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service role with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal husbandry practices Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people and their pets.
