Are you an experienced Veterinary Technician or Assistant looking to grow your skills in emergency medicine while maintaining a manageable schedule? Peak Paws Advanced Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned, 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital seeking dependable, motivated team members to join our Emergency Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting and value teamwork, efficiency, and high-quality patient care.

Full-time:
36 hours/week 4-day work week Rotating weekends required Schedule provided at least 4 weeks in advance

Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with emergency exams, treatments, and procedures Monitor hospitalized patients and respond to changes in condition Utilize and expand your technical skill set with hands-on responsibilities including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, radiographs, in-house lab work, anesthesia monitoring, and advanced nursing care for emergent and critical patients. Maintain accurate medical records Communicate effectively with team members and clients during high-stress situations
Qualifications:
Previous veterinary experience required (emergency experience preferred) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed If you're looking for a role where you can build your emergency skill set while working a sustainable schedule, we encourage you to apply.
