Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and invoicing
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of animal care, including basic laboratory procedures, and veterinary assistant duties
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and proper handling of animals , Ability to provide compassionate care to animals and their owners
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
