Veterinary Assistant/Technician

We are a privately-owned, full-service veterinary hospital accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and are seeking to add additional veterinary assistants and technicians to our team! Full-time and Part-time options available. We believe that our employees are the most important part of our business. We want you to feel like you're working with a team of people who are on your side so that they can be confident in knowing their pets are in good hands. As a member of our team, you will provide assistance to the veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures, offer support and education to our clients, and deliver compassionate care to our patients. Necessary skills you will need to bring include obtaining patient samples, performing laboratory tests, providing nursing care to hospitalized patients, and the ability to effectively communicate with doctors, staff members, and clients. We are a computerized practice, and experience with Cornerstone is a plus. Our busy schedule requires maintaining a positive attitude and poised demeanor while multi-tasking and helping your team.
