Job Description

We're a small, privately owned animal clinic looking for a Veterinary Assistant/ Technician to join our team! We're a busy 2-doctor practice that believes great medicine and great client relationships go hand in hand. We love what we do, care deeply about our patients, and try to make the clinic a place where people actually enjoy coming to work every day. We're looking for someone who's dependable, motivated, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Previous veterinary experience is required, and we're specifically looking for veterinary technicians or assistants who are comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment. We value good attitude, teamwork, and a strong work ethic just as much as technical skills and experience. Our team works closely together, supports each other, and keeps things positive even on the busy days. We want our assistants and techs to feel trusted, appreciated, and involved — not just stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll be hands-on with patient care, helping with appointments and procedures, client communication, lab work, treatments, and whatever else the day throws at us. We're not a corporate clinic, and we like it that way! We care about doing good medicine, helping people and their pets, and building a team that enjoys working together. If you're someone who can stay reliable, work hard, and keep a good sense of humor along the way, you'd fit in well here. What we're looking for: Someone with clinic experience Someone who's dependable, detailed, and a team player Good communicator with a positive attitude Open to feedback and ready to learn Self-motivated and flexible
