About the Role We are a growing, 4-doctor small animal hospital seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative team. Our practice is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality medicine while maintaining strong client relationships. Nurses in our hospital are trusted to take an active role in patient care and are encouraged to work at the top of their skillset. Key Responsibilities Anesthetic monitoring and surgical support Conducting technician and doctor appointments Administering vaccines and injectable medications Collecting and running in-house laboratory samples (Idexx) Taking radiographs Patient handling and husbandry Supporting doctors and team members throughout the day Maintaining hospital cleanliness and organization Qualifications Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT / RVT / LVT) Proficient or comfortable with anesthetic monitoring Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional, positive attitude Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service Preferred (not required): Fear Free Certified Cat Friendly Certified
