This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional care to both patients and clients.

Position Overview:

This role combines both clinical and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting veterinarians during exams while also delivering a high level of customer service at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient exams and treatments Properly restrain animals and ensure patient safety Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace Greet clients, check patients in/out, and manage appointment scheduling Answer phones, address client inquiries, and provide clear communication Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy clinical setting

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a veterinary assistant is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Genuine passion for animal care and client service
