• Full-time Sandia Animal Clinic is a busy three doctor practice that is looking for a full time Veterinary Technician or Assistant to join our team.

Experience required. The ability to communicate clearly and accurately to doctors, clients and other staff members is a priority. People who love to learn and are not afraid to ask questions are the people for whom we are looking. These persons find satisfaction in educating clients and helping them to understand the needs of their pets. Experience in drug calculations/ dosages, anesthesia monitoring for surgery and dental procedures is a necessity. Animal handling and restraint experience is needed. Though we are a small clinic, we are up to date in our medical and technical fields, utilizing digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, dental procedures, laser treatments, Digatherm technology and ultrasound. The ability to work in a busy environment under pressure is a big plus! We have a fun environment while getting the job done and are open to input and desire feedback from our staff so that we can come together to be the best team.
