Role:

This is a hybrid CSR/VA position. You will be the first impression of our hospital and a hands-on support team member in patient care. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to switch gears quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service:

Deliver exceptional client experiences from check-in to check-out Confidently manage phones, scheduling, and client questions Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently

Veterinary Assistant Support:

Assist doctors and technicians during exams and procedures Safely restrain patients and support patient care Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and treatment areas Help keep the hospital running as a cohesive team

Qualifications:

Required:

Proven customer service experience (medical, hospitality, or similar) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Veterinary hospital or animal care experience Familiarity with veterinary terminology Experience handling animals This Job Is NOT a

Physical Requirements:

Standing or sitting for long periods Lifting/restraining animals (with team support) Working around animals of all sizes and temperaments
