We're currently hiring Veterinary Assistants for a weekend-focused schedule (Friday-Monday only) with part-time and full-time opportunities available. Why You'll Love Working With Us A supportive, positive culture where teamwork comes first Hands-on learning with access to advanced diagnostics and treatments Opportunities to grow your skills and advance within veterinary medicine Leadership that invests in your development and success A team that genuinely cares—about pets, clients, and each other What You'll Do Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams, procedures, and treatments Provide high-quality nursing care and monitor hospitalized patients Take patient histories and record observations in medical records Perform phlebotomy, radiography, and in-house laboratory testing Administer medications and treatments as directed Educate and communicate with clients in a clear, compassionate manner Admit and discharge patients while ensuring a smooth client experience Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked hospital environment What We're Looking For Previous veterinary experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Confidence handling and restraining animals safely A positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic Genuine passion for animal care and a desire to grow in the field Schedule Weekend-focused role: Friday through Monday strongly preferred.
