• Part-time Fast-paced, team-oriented, farm and pet animal veterinary practice is seeking a reliable, compassionate and positive veterinary assistant or licensed, registered veterinary technician to provide support to our veterinary and technical staff in the clinical setting.

A successful employee in this position will be able to work with a team and independently, demonstrating excellent communication skills, compassion and empathy for humans and their animals. Employee must be able to deal with a challenging emotional and physical work environment. Duties include animal handling and restraint, client communications, patient care and monitoring, surgical preparation and assisting, clerical and administrative tasks, record-keeping and facility and equipment cleaning and maintenance.
