Job Description
Community Veterinary Clinic is growing ! We are seeking a skilled veterinary assistant to join our team in our clinics located in Dublin & Plain City, Ohio. Responsibilities to include:
Communication with clients and maintaining patient medical records Assist with patient examinations/care including administering SQ or IM vaccines and/or medications Assist with emergency procedures and follow emergency treatment protocol Assist with laboratory procedures including collection, preparing and diagnostics Assisting diagnostic imaging Assisting DVM with surgical procedures Monitor anesthesia during procedures Dental imaging/cleanings Proper animal restraint Who you are: 1 year veterinary experience (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOur Ideal Candidate:
High energy, friendly, and drive to be successful Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate excellent time and task management Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients Team player who can work effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Must be able to stand/walk for most of the day and frequently may have to lift and/or move patients up to 50lbs (assistance with handling/lifting heavier)Experience:
