Skilled Veterinary Assistant

Community Veterinary Clinic is growing ! We are seeking a skilled veterinary assistant to join our team in our clinics located in Dublin & Plain City, Ohio. Responsibilities to include:

Communication with clients and maintaining patient medical records Assist with patient examinations/care including administering SQ or IM vaccines and/or medications Assist with emergency procedures and follow emergency treatment protocol Assist with laboratory procedures including collection, preparing and diagnostics Assisting diagnostic imaging Assisting DVM with surgical procedures Monitor anesthesia during procedures Dental imaging/cleanings Proper animal restraint Who you are: 1 year veterinary experience (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

Four 10 hour shifts (Monday - Friday) Rotation of Saturday schedule 8am - noon

Travel between clinics (Dublin & Plain City) required
