Full-Time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist Location:

Midwest City, OK | In-Clinic Only Are you passionate about pets and people? Heritage Plaza Animal Hospital—a trusted, veteran-owned practice proudly serving Midwest City for over 38 years—is looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

Hours:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This is a full-time, in-person position.

What You'll Do:

As a vital part of our clinic, you'll wear many hats throughout your day, including: Assisting our veterinarians with exams, treatments, surgeries, and drop-off appointments Collecting lab samples (fecal, blood, urine, cytology, etc.) with care and precision Educating pet owners on wellness care, parasite prevention, nutrition, and more Greeting clients warmly and managing appointment check-ins/check-outs Answering phones and responding to emails with professionalism and empathy Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, record-keeping, and billing Ensuring each client and patient has a five-star experience, every time

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic (assistant, receptionist, or kennel tech) A team player with a strong work ethic and a love for animals Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation:
