Our office is fully equipped and staffed so that we can provide a wide range of medical and surgical services for your Pet. Our Goal is to be an Advocate for the Pet & Promote Preventative Care so our Patients can enjoy a Happy Lifetime of Good Health with their Families. Join Our Family. We are privately owned and are growing! Full time or Part Time. Mon-Fri. Must have at least 6 months Veterinary Receptionist Experience and Cross-training is required. You must be a team player and possess good leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills, compassion, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Multi-tasking and accepting constructive criticism is essential. Punctuality is a must .

Duties Include:

Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Checking Clients in and Out, Educating Clients on Preventative Care, Processing Credit Card Payments, Work patiently with clients, Compassionate and gentle care of patients, take medical history, document communications, Fill prescriptions , Discharge patients and instruct clients on home care, Assist in cleaning the hospital and willingness to learn to animal restraint as well as drawing up and administering vaccinations.
