Veterinary Assistant

Pinnacle Veterinary Group in Clemson, SC, is seeking an enthusiastic veterinary assistant to join our practice. We operate by appointment only between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday with appointment lengths being 30-45 minutes each. Staff can expect to leave the clinic between 5:30 and 6:00 each day, with rare exceptions. We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about the veterinary field AND about providing top-notch service to clients. Client education is stressed in our practice, so a successful candidate must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn about and practice high-quality medicine. Candidate must be detail-oriented, have good critical thinking skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, possess the ability to multitask, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also be receptive to training, regardless of how much experience they have in the field. This is not a position for candidates looking for a slow-paced, clock-in and clock-out job.
