As a Veterinary Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our furry patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the handling and restraint of animals during examinations and procedures
• Apply knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal anatomy to aid the veterinary team
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the clinic
• Support daily clinic operations for efficient workflow
• Provide basic pet grooming services when required
• Aid in animal husbandry tasks including feeding, watering, and exercising animals
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to deliver optimal care
• Monitor and communicate any changes in animal behavior or health to supervising staff

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as Veterinary Assistant.
• Familiarity with veterinary critical care practices and aseptic techniques is a plus
• Ability to handle animals with care, compassion, and patience
• Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and catheterization procedures is beneficial
