Full Job Description Description:
Dallas Animal Urgent Care is currently looking to add an experienced Veterinary Technician Assistant to our amazing team! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital Wrapping and sterilizing surgical equipment and instruments Assisting the veterinary technician to complete treatments as needed Canine and feline restraint Performing in-house diagnostics Preparing medications Some clerical work may be required. 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Holidays Overtime Weekends as needed
Day Shift Night Shift Requirements:
A successful, long term candidate will need to: Have 1+years of veterinary experience. Be able to handle the pace and unpredictability of an Urgent Care practice Be a champion multitasker Have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
