Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals and possess a strong background in pet care and veterinary practices.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures
• Handle and restrain animals during treatment
• Provide compassionate care
• Administer medications as directed by the veterinarian
• Perform laboratory tests and take X-rays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary facility
• Educate pet owners on animal care and welfare

• Requirements:

• Knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and husbandry
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology
• Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
