About the
Role:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Seneca Hill Animal Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with appointment scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for clients, making your role essential in fostering trust and satisfaction. By effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs, you will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our veterinary practice. Ultimately, your efforts will help create a welcoming environment that encourages clients to return and recommend our services to others. Must be willing to work on Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with veterinary software or practice management systems a plusKnowledge of animal care and veterinary services.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for veterinary services.

Provide information about services, pricing, and policies to clients.

Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Skills:
Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and addressing their concerns. Problem-solving abilities will be utilized daily to resolve client issues and ensure their satisfaction. Organizational skills are necessary for managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures will enhance your ability to provide accurate information to clients. Additionally, empathy and compassion are vital skills that will help you connect with clients and their pets, creating a supportive environment.
