Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pet Groomer who takes pride in their work, values safety and animal welfare, and enjoys working in a collaborative medical environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants consistency, support, and a steady client base within a veterinary setting. Responsibilities Perform bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for dogs and cats Assess coat and skin condition and communicate concerns to veterinary staff Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Ensure safe handling and low-stress techniques for all pets Communicate clearly with clients about grooming expectations and outcomes Qualifications Prior grooming experience required (professional grooming or equivalent) Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments Strong attention to detail and consistency in grooming quality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable and punctual What We Offer Competitive pay (commission-based or hourly + commission, depending on experience) Supportive veterinary team environment Established client base with growth potential Modern, clean facility Opportunity to help shape and grow the grooming department Additional Notes Grooming services are performed within a medical facility, allowing for a higher level of care and support when needed.
