Job Description

Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists (BEVS) is looking to add a Nurse Trainer to our team. Someone who is passionate about veterinary medicine, energized by developing the people around them, and ready to make a lasting impact on team growth and patient care quality. This is a unique blend of clinical and leadership work. You'll spend the majority of your time on the floor, mentoring, assessing, and training alongside staff, while also partnering with hospital leadership to build and refine the programs, standards, and content that shape how our team grows. If you're a skilled technician who loves teaching as much as practicing, this role was built for you. At Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists (BEVS), we do emergency and specialty medicine differently. As a 24/7 emergency and multi-specialty hospital, we are built around one core belief: exceptional medicine starts with empowered teams and real collaboration. Our nurses and technicians work side-by-side with specialists in Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Surgery, Neurology, and Ophthalmology, building skills in a dynamic environment where cases are approached with depth, curiosity, and shared expertise — because the best outcomes happen when no one practices alone.
