Responsibilities Assist veterinarians with animal examinations, treatments, and procedures Perform animal restraint and handling to ensure safety for both animals and staff Prepare animals for surgery or diagnostic procedures Conduct laboratory tests such as X-rays Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennels, treatment areas, and surgical suites Monitor patients during treatments and recoveries Support pet owners with pet care advice and education on animal health needs Maintain accurate records of treatments, laboratory results, and patient histories Experience Candidates should have relevant experience or familiarity with the following skills: Veterinary technician experience or related certifications are highly valued Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt This role is ideal for individuals passionate about animal health who are eager to expand their technical skills in a professional veterinary setting.
