Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•12:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Help students master the skills you've used throughout your career. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA-accredited program.
Experience:
At least three (3) years of practical, hands-on experience in the veterinary field.
Licensure:
Current Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) status (or other required state designation).
Skills:
Strong communication and basic tech skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
What You'll Do Teach & Demonstrate:
Prepare engaging lectures and lead practical, hands-on demonstrations in the lab.
Skill Verification:
Monitor laboratory competencies and use checklists to confirm students are ready for the field.
Support Student Success:
Track attendance, meet with students to encourage retention, and provide the extra support they need to graduate.
Stay Organized:
Record grades, follow the established curriculum, and ensure the classroom/lab environment meets all safety standards.
