Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical procedures, from routine pet care to advanced veterinary interventions. Salary or hourly pay based on the experience , on call technician a plus , managing skills a plus, looking for very nice , humble , good energy , compassionate individuals, we strive to maintain a very positive work environment and attitude towards eachother Responsibilities Assist veterinarians with emengency procedures , anesthesia , etc , medical examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques. Perform animal restraint and handling using proper techniques to ensure safety for both animals and staff. Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain detailed records of patient histories, treatments, and laboratory data with accuracy and professionalism. Support dental procedures by understanding dental terminology and assisting with pet dental care routines. Handle animal catheterization, X-ray procedures, and other diagnostic imaging tasks efficiently. Assist with kennel management, including cleaning, feeding, and monitoring animals' behavior and health status. Support emergency veterinary critical care efforts by preparing equipment and assisting during urgent procedures. Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained according to veterinary standards. Skill Strong knowledge of veterinary critical care practices. Skilled in animal handling techniques for dogs, cats. Familiarity with laboratory procedures, X-ray imaging, aseptic techniques, and pet grooming practices. Ability to perform animal catheterization and restraint safely while maintaining compassionate care. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members
