Duties Strong technical skills Assist with exams and treatments Previous experience with induction, monitoring anesthesia and patient recovery Performing canine and feline dental cleanings Collecting lab samples and running diagnostics Performing radiographs Administering medications and treatments Educating clients on pet care and medications Supporting doctors and mentoring support staff Maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality animal care and client satisfaction A willingness to learn new skills Qualifications

REQUIRED

Current CA Registered Veterinary Technician License

REQUIRED

3 years experience as a veterinary assistant The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task while still maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using office equipment and veterinary software systems is advantageous. A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing outstanding client and patient service. Bilingual (English/Spanish/Vietnamese/Korean) is a plus.

Pay Depending on experience:

$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
