As a technician at Healing Hearts, you'll work in a modern, fully equipped facility handling a wide range of emergency and critical care cases.

You can expect:

A fast-paced, high-acuity emergency caseload with real variety every shift Advanced in-house diagnostics, imaging, and laboratory capabilities Emergency and surgical support across a broad range of case types Urgent care, establishing care, and critical patient hospitalization A facility purpose-built for excellent medicine and team efficiency Scheduling & Work-Life Balance We are actively seeking technicians to join our team. Variety of shifts open : Daytime, Swing and Overnight Thoughtful scheduling designed to promote balance and sustainability A well-supported team environment designed to help you thrive Who We're Looking For RVT/CVT license preferred; new graduates and experienced technicians welcome Experience in emergency or critical care medicine is a plus Comfort with triage support, IV catheter placement, blood draws, and patient monitoring Strong communication skills with clients in high-stress situations A compassionate, team-first mindset and genuine love for emergency medicine Ability to stay calm, focused, and kind under pressure Both experienced technicians and motivated early-career techs are encouraged to apply.
