Modern office setting Growth opportunities We are looking for an animal-loving Veterinary Technician who will support the doctors and office staff. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated team player who has at least 1-2 years of relevant technician experience working in a veterinary office environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can handle stressful situations effectively, and is familiar with the various aspects of caretaking.

Responsibilities:

Present health care information to veterinarians and pet owners. Clean and disinfect operating rooms, treatment areas, and equipment in order to prevent infection. Prepare medical instruments for use in surgery and perform tests on biological samples collected from animals. Provide technical support to veterinarians. Prepare animals for surgery by anesthetizing them intravenously or intramuscularly. Perform routine laboratory tests for the purpose of diagnosing specific ailments or diseases. Care for sick and injured pets through post-operative care. Care for animals during surgery by holding them still and preventing them from moving about. Administer medication as prescribed by a veterinarian. Monitor the vital signs of anesthetized animals during recovery from surgery. What you can expect at
