Veterinary Technician - ICU

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at VCA Orange County Veterinary Specialists.

Full-Time, 4 days, 10-hour shifts, swing, late swing, or overnight

Salary:

$ 25

This will include at least one weekend day (unless you are a glittery unicorn that really, really wants to work Saturdays AND Sundays, which we would be happy to accommodate).

Duties will include:

Maintaining medical records. Preparing for and performing procedures and treatments. Preparing medications and prescriptions. Communicating in person and on the phone with clients. Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. Assisting in procedures. Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for hospitalized pets.
