Veterinary Technician

RVT Township Animal Hospital Township Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our busy, AAHA-accredited practice. We are a small, close-knit team with strong, long-standing relationships with our patients and their families. We are looking for someone who brings not only solid technical skills, but also compassion, excellent communication, and a genuine love for the profession . About the Role This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you will play a key role in both patient care and client communication. What We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary nursing/assistant experience RVT license required for the right candidate Strong technical and clinical skills Excellent communication and client education abilities A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure

Technical Skills Anesthesia:

inducing, monitoring, and recovery Dentistry, including full-mouth radiographs Surgical support and perioperative patient care Venipuncture and IV catheter placement Accurate drug calculations Proficiency in exam room workflow and patient handling Who You Are A strong team player who builds rapport easily with clients and coworkers Confident, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities Compassionate and patient-focused in all interactions Motivated to support and mentor fellow team members Committed to maintaining a positive, supportive work environment Why Join Township?
