Job Description
Full Time /Part Time Position ( schedule can be 20-40 hours per week ) available in a high quality Small Animal & Exotics practice. We are located about 22 miles west of the intersection of C470 and Highway 285 ( 1 mile past Pine Junction @ mile marker 228 ) in the mountains of beautiful Park County. Lone Rock Veterinary Hospital is a long established practice that has been serving communities along the 285 corridor from Conifer to Bailey & beyond for over 46 years. We are well recognized for providing compassionate and empathetic small animal & exotics medical, surgical and dental services. We have In house Laboratory, digital whole body & digital dental X-ray, in house Pharmacy, Class IV Laser Therapy, Acupuncture and other physical therapy & rehabilitative services. We desire an Enthusiastic and Compassionate Team Player with excellent communication and people skills, ability to multi-task, computer literacy, and who excels at providing exceptional client service; and most importantly someone who truly loves animals and understands how privileged we are to serve our clients and their special family members. We will encourage learning, growth, and maximum utilization of your technical abilities. One - two years experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant is desired, but we are willing to mentor/train individuals with less experience. We offer a very strong on the job training program. We will consider a Veterinary Technician student with some experience for a part time position.
