  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential support to veterinarians in delivering high-quality emergency care to animals.

Your expertise will help ensure the health and well-being of pets while assisting in various medical procedures and treatments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both animals and their owners.
  • Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
  • Perform animal catheterization and maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures.
  • Monitor animal vital signs and administer medications as directed by the veterinarian.
  • Provide basic nursing care, including wound care and administering injections.
  • Conduct laboratory tests, including blood work and urinalysis.
  • Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic or hospital environment.
  • Handle dogs and other animals safely during examinations or treatments.
  • Participate in pet grooming services as needed.
  • Skills
  • To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
  • Proficient in animal catheterization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
  • Knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology to assist in diagnostics.
  • Experience in animal care practices, including husbandry and grooming.
  • Ability to handle dogs and other pets with confidence and compassion.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A genuine passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to animal welfare.
