As part of the Pieper Veterinary network and COVE Animal Health, our team benefits from the support, resources, and medical collaboration of one of the region's leading veterinary organizations. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinary Technician to help guide and support our growing hospital team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys leadership, mentorship, patient care, and helping create an exceptional client and team experience. What You'll Do Lead and support the technician and assistant team during daily hospital operations Assist with workflow coordination and patient care priorities Partner closely with veterinarians and hospital leadership Mentor and train team members while promoting a positive, collaborative culture Support anesthesia monitoring, surgery, dentistry, laboratory work, radiology, and nursing care Ensure high standards of patient safety, cleanliness, and medical quality Help foster an outstanding client experience through clear communication and compassionate care Assist with inventory, equipment oversight, and operational efficiency as needed What We're Looking For Veterinary technician experience in a fast-paced veterinary setting Leadership or mentorship experience preferred Strong technical and patient care skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to remain calm and supportive in busy environments Passion for teamwork, teaching, and continuous improvement
CVT/LVT/RVT
