Responsibilities include checking in and checking out clients, performing treatments, administering medications, assisting the veterinarian with exams, monitoring anesthesia, running lab tests, taking radiographs, dental cleanings, client education as well as maintaining a clean facility. Experience in small animal veterinary medicine is required.

Skills:

Bilingual in Spanish and English Good phone etiquette and good communication with clients Safe animal handling/restraint of cats and dogs Careful attention to detail in medical records and performing treatments Able to triage emergencies Able to draw blood from multiple locations on a dog or cat Able to place IV catheters Must be a self-motivated learner with excellent work ethic
